Georgia’s net tax revenues for April 2024 are down 5.4%.

According to a press release issued today by Gov. Brian Kemp’s office, Georgia’s net tax collections for April 2024 were $3.96 billion, down $225.7 million (-5.4%) from April 2023. Net tax revenues for the fiscal year totaled $27.45 billion, a decrease of $341.3 million (1.2%) from the previous year.
