Last evening, at around 8:51 pm, the City of Kingsland Police Department received a concerning call from the Camden County Office of the Sheriff Dispatch. The report indicated a stabbing involving a female victim at a residence on West Lilly Street.
Responding promptly, officers from the City of Kingsland Police Department and Kingsland Fire Rescue rushed to the location. Upon arrival, they identified the victim and promptly transported her to a nearby hospital due to the severity of her injuries. Our thoughts are with her and her loved ones, hoping for a speedy recovery.
Further investigation revealed that the assault actually occurred at Veteran’s Park on South Orange Edwards Street. The investigation is ongoing, with law enforcement diligently working to gather information.
